DANCING ON NATURE

Dancing on nature is a collective performance that wants to involve the public in a common action: dancing. Dancing in a silent disco with DJ sets on a single track. Dance on sounds that are dying out like the buzzing of bees that will be a sound carpet in an elaborate mix. The lights dimmed, only a few disc lights, worn headphones and large cubes of ice in the center of the room that melt slowly. The desire to play on something that already is losing vitality. The loss of nature, from flower to flower, from person to person, from knowledge to knowledge. Dance that passes you, dance not to think because that’s what the world wants: don’t think. The investigation, social without any spectacle. The desire to bring a broad and devastating concept into a light, carefree atmosphere. Dancing on nature is the first collective performance of Fornoni. The public is of the utmost importance, creator of the performance itself. Dancing on nature is a long durational. The sound repeated and repeated more hours creates a danceable sound to the point of exhausting the participants.
